How do I book a rental?
Submit an inquiry with the design that you would like to rent, the pickup location of your choice and the date you would like to rent it on and we will get back to you within 24- 48 hours with all of the information that you would need to process the booking and an invoice where you can process the payment.
All invoices must be processed within 2 days or 48 hours to confirm the booking. Once your payment has been processed, we will send out a confirmation email to confirm the booking date. A pickup notice email will be sent out ~24 hours prior to your pickup time with all the details required to facilitate the pickup.
How do I pickup my rental?
~24 hours prior to your pickup, you will receive a pickup notice email with all the details pertaining to your pickup. The process is easy!
- Arrive at the rental location that you have selected
- Input the gate code provided to you to enter the rental location
- Locate the unit number provided to you
- Input the lock code provided to you to access the unit and pickup your rental items.
You're all set!
How far in advance can I book a rental design?
You are able to book up to 3 months in advance and at least one week prior to your event date. Bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis and an inquiry form does not guarantee the booking.
Please note : For non-backdrop rentals, you would need to meet a minimum spend of $250.
How long is my rental valid for?
All of our rental locations are open between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily. Each of our rentals are valid for a 24-hour period and you are welcome to pickup and drop off the rentals within the business hours for that rental location and your rental period. Once your rental has been dropped off, you must send an email to decorattitoronto@gmail.com with a photo proof to confirm that the items have been returned back in its original condition.
Require an extended rental time? We are happy to accommodate that for you for an additional $100/per 12 hours.

Do you hold a security deposit?
To confirm your rental booking with us, we hold a $500 refundable security deposit which can be e-transferred to our email address : decorattitoronto@gmail.com. Upon the return of our rental items and inspection of our products, pending any damages, we will process the security deposit refund within 7 business days. We recommend taking photos during pick up and drop off to avoid any disputes regarding any damages incurred to our rental items.
Are the rentals easy to setup?
Whether you're renting one of our backdrop designs or our individual rental items, we will provide plenty of photos and videos to help you setup. Have any questions during setup? No problem! Reach out to us on our emergency line "" and we will help you out!
Are the rentals easy to transport?
Yes! Most of our rentals can easily fit in a sedan or a SUV and will be indicated on each design listing. If your car isn't big enough to fit everything in one go, you have access to the rental location for the entirety of your rental period and have the option to make multiple trips to pick everything up.
I don't have a car. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! While our business model encourages pickups to keep pricing budget friendly for our clients, we do offer delivery that includes setup and takedown. Our base pricing is $100 with an added travel charge from our main rental location in Mississauga at the Blue Bird Storage (3545 Platinum Drive) which is $1 per kilometer to and from your venue/delivery location.
I like your designs but I don't see anything that matches my theme. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We do offer custom designs. Please reach out to us at decorattitoronto@gmail.com with inspiration photos and we will get back to you. Please note : All of our custom designs are delivery only and have a minimum spend of $500.
